when my dad cooks, he keeps a cloth just like that on his shoulders. he also wears a chef's cap as soon as he enters the kitchen to cook!
I thought you call him Mishra ji because of that 'pona' on his shoulders.
But this looks like some intense lunch- cooking with such concentration!
